Away from the main ITV races, our accumulators and festivals tipster Karl Hedley has selected four runners for consideration in a Lucky 15 tips preview. A Lucky 15 bet involves 15 bets across four different selections. Your bets are 4 single bets, 6 doubles, 4 trebles, and 1 four-fold accumulator. Due to single bets being included, one winning selection is enough to trigger a payout to give you something of a lift.
All of today’s selections look to be in with decent chances and, with a bit of luck, they can find their way to the winners’ enclosure. So, read on for the best value Lucky 15 tips across the various meetings.

15:55 @ Sedgefield – CHEMICAL WARFARE @ 4/1
Trainer: Tjade Collier
Jockey: Ross Chapman
Chemical Warfare can make the most of a short break to finally get off the mark over fences. His best run to date came at Newcastle last time where he was beaten a little over a length by an in-form Gandhi Maker. The form of that race has begun to work out well with Gandhi Maker and Budarri coming out to win against subsequently. These testing conditions will hold no fear for the Tjade Collier trained six-year-old. A few of these have had a tough year and no surprise if Chemical Warfare can take full advantage.

16:15 @ Leicester – SONNERIE POWER @ 9/4
Trainer: Roger Varian
Jockey: David Egan
Sonnerie Power could well prove too strong in the penultimate race of the day at Leicester. The four-year-old son of Almanzor won after a break last season so he does go well fresh. Owner locally by Kingpower, he is sure to prove popular in the market. His breeding suggests he will have no issue with testing conditions that are likely to be on offer. He has already proven himself at this trip and has yet to make the transition to turf, but with Roger Varian’s runners firing on all cylinders at present, you would have to keep him onside. David Egan takes over in the saddle today and he has a near 25% strike rate for the yard. A good account is likely.
16:30 Sedgefield – THATBEATSBANAGHER @ 5/2
Trainer: Ben Haslam
Jockey: Jack Hogan (5)
Thatbeatsbanagher is somewhat of a course and distance specialist and bids to record a fourth win at this track. He was none the worse for a three month break when finishing second around here beaten only a half-length by the re-opposing The Blame Game back in February. Jack Hogan keeps the ride having won on him last month he and is still able to claim five pounds from his partners’ back. Ben Haslam has won this race before with Gameface back in 2021 and his runner looks likely to make a bold attempt to wrestle the prize back for him.
17:15 Aintree – GAOTH CHUIL @ 7/1
Trainer: Ted Walsh
Jockey: Shane O’Callaghan (7)
Gaoth Chuil looks an interesting prospect in the finale. The five-year-old mare sneaks in at the foot of the handicap for Ted Walsh and Shane O’Callaghan who claims seven pounds. The daughter of Harzand was last seen winning at Leopardstown forty days ago where she was backed as though defeat was out of the question and readily put some five lengths between herself and Banada Bridge over the longer trip of two-and-a-half miles. She has winning form over this two mile trip also as she won a bumper at Tipperary last summer with Derek O’Connor in the saddle. Expect plenty of use to be made of her proven stamina and if the rains were to arrive, it would only add to her chances.
