Goals win matches and we’re going to take a look over the weekend matches and pick out some Both Teams To Score bets for you. I’m looking here for teams that regularly hit the BTTS stat. So sometimes we’re going to be going BTTS Yes and, of course, sometimes we’re going “No”! However, this week it’s all “Yes”.
Here is what I’ll be going for as we kick off our BTTS weekend accumulator tips for February.

Wolves vs Liverpool – BTTS (YES) – 3pm GMT, Saturday
We start with a “Yes” as Wolves take on Liverpool. Liverpool have “gone to pot” quite frankly but 2 of the last 3 head-to-heads between the pair has ended up with BTTS. Wolves haven’t beaten Liverpool in their last 9 matches but we’ve not had this situation with Liverpool for many years and it’s a unique time to play each other. We have to assume that Liverpool will score this weekend. With that in mind, Liverpool also seem to be conceding goals. Last 3 premier league matches for them have seen them lose 3-1 to Brentford and 3-0 to Brighton. With a 0-0 draw to Chelsea most recently. I fancy a 1-1 or 2-1 win either way here.
Aston Villa vs Leicester – BTTS (YES) – 3pm GMT, Saturday
My next selection is the match between Villa and Leicester. I alluded to this in my Accy Tips this weekend but Villa have scored 15 goals at home this season whilst Leicester, whilst conceding, have scored 23 goals away. I can see goals in this one. Villa should win it. Leicester haven’t won since the 2022 World Cup but all we need is a single goal from them.
Newcastle vs West Ham – BTTS (YES) – 5.30pm GMT, Saturday
My very own team, West Ham, take on Newcastle in the evening. I’m not looking forward to it, of course, but coming off the back of a valuable win over Everton, I think we can at least score a goal. Newcastle are scoring for fun at the moment and despite West Ham having a solid defence back (Aguerd back from injury) which I believe helped them a lot against Everton, I still see Newcastle scoring. West Ham”s biggest issue this season has been the lack of goals. Back-to-back 2-0 wins though and goals in 4 of the last 5 means I’ll go with this as a “Yes” for BTTS.
Troyes vs Lyon – BTTS (YES) – 6pm GMT, Saturday
Finally, we’re going to France for Troyes match against Lyon. The biggest stat in this match, and indeed for Troyes, is that both teams have scored in 17 out of 21 Troyes games this season. Last 5 matches have seen results of 4-1, 1-1, 5-1, 0-2 and 2-3. Troyes have conceded in their last 5 matches whilst scoring in 4 of the last 5 games played. Lyon have been timid in front of goal recently but I think playing Troyes will change that.
