After picking out a treble for the weekend, I can now focus my attention on the goals market. Below I take you through which matches I think could see both teams scoring. It’s an important week for the Premier League both at the top of the table and the relegation zone. Here are my weekend Premier League BTTS tips.
Fulham vs Leeds – BTTS (YES) – 12:30 pm BST, Saturday
I’ll start with Fulham taking on Leeds. Fulham surprised me with their win last weekend as I thought without Mitrovic that they would struggle to score. That was true until last weekend. Fulham home matches have BTTS 60% of the time. Leeds away matches have BTTS 60% also. Leeds are top of the “BTTS” table and, in general, we see BTTS 61% of the time. It’s an easy first pick.

Brentford vs Aston Villa – BTTS (YES) – 15:00 pm BST, Saturday
Brentford home matches see BTTS 60% of the time. Aston Villa away matches 47% of the time. I would like to have seen that figure higher for Aston Villa but I just cannot see Villa not scoring when you look at their recent form and results. They’ve failed to score away from home just 4 times this season.
Newcastle vs Tottenham – BTTS (YES) – 14:00 pm BST, Sunday
We move into Sunday now and it’s Newcastle trying to get back to winning ways at home to Tottenham. This match is huge as Newcastle are 4th and Tottenham are 5th. Both trying to make sure of Champions League qualification. Newcastle stumbled massively last weekend and they’ve looked pretty poor over the last couple of weeks. We normally only see 36% BTTS for Newcastle home matches but that’s because they tend to win to nil. Spurs away matches are 60% BTTS likelihood and Spurs have failed to score away from home just twice this season.
Bournemouth vs West Ham – BTTS (YES) – 14:00 pm BST, Sunday
My final selection in this 4-fold is Bournemouth and West Ham both scoring. Bournemouth has now won 3 of their last 4 and so although we see 40% at the BTTS this season at The Vitality Stadium, sometimes the stats can look skewed. Also, West Ham has been pretty awful away from home this season. They’ve only won once away in the last 8. They’ve only kept 2 clean sheets away from home. Bournemouth has only kept 5 clean sheets at home this season.
