Away from the main ITV races, our accumulators and festivals tipster Karl Hedley has selected four runners for consideration in a Lucky 15 tips preview. A Lucky 15 bet involves 15 bets across four different selections. Your bets are 4 single bets, 6 doubles, 4 trebles, and 1 four-fold accumulator. Due to single bets being included, one winning selection is enough to trigger a payout to give you something of a lift.
All of today’s selections look to be in with decent chances and, with a bit of luck, they can find their way to the winners’ enclosure. So, read on for the best value Lucky 15 tips across the meetings from the UK and Ireland.

13:35 @ Haydock TIGER JET (9/1)
Trainer: Brian Ellison
Jockey: Henry Brooke
Tiger Jet scrapes in at the bottom of the handicap, but unlike many of these he has winning course and distance form. The Brian Ellison trained seven-year-old scored three wins from just seven starts over hurdles last season at tracks as varied as Hexham and Newcastle. The form of his last race is beginning to work out as Sirobbie has come out to win subsequently and he was a fair distance behind Tiger Jet in that last outing. The yard continues in good form and continue to be amongst the winners. Off a featherweight and on testing ground, he could well prove hard to stop.
16:20 @ Ascot CHIPS AND RICE (5/1)
Trainer: James Fanshawe
Jockey: Jim Crowley
Chips And Rice managed to win a decent handicap on testing ground at Haydock last season when trained by Chris Wall. She has now moved into the care of James Fanshawe and made a winning debut for the trainer at Lingfield last month. She is fully expected to come on for that run and Jim Crowley now takes the reins on this four-year-old daughter of Golden Horn. This is his first ride for James Fanshawe in almost six years so his booking really does takes they eye. Chips And Rice is bred to excel at ten furlongs so this trip should not be a problem.
16:55 @ Ascot SERGEANT TIBBS (10/1)
Trainer: John Flint
Jockey: Callum Shepherd
Sergeant Tibbs has been dropped in grade here and has also been given a solid chance by the handicapper. He has been beaten a little over three lengths in each start so far this year, but he should be nearing peak fitness now and can take advantage of a seven-pound lower mark than what he last won off. Plenty of his rivals are trying to defy career high marks or have question marks hanging over them in relation to the soft ground. On what is only his third start for John Flint, Sergeant Tibbs can make his presence felt here.
17:35 @ Haydock LORDSHIP (3/1)
Trainer: William Haggas
Jockey: Tom Marquand
Lordship made a good start to his 2023 campaign with a good run at Lingfield last time when finishing second to Rockit Tommy. He hit the front in the closing stages only for tiredness to kick in and he was passed by the winner. He is expected to be fully fit for this race though and Tom Marquand rides him for the first time this season. The extra couple of furlongs should prove ideal for this three-year-old gelding and no surprise to see him get off the mark at the fourth attempt now that he goes handicapping.
