Away from the main ITV Racing tips action, our accumulators and festivals tipster Karl Hedley has selected four runners for consideration in a Lucky 15 tips preview. A Lucky 15 bet involves 15 bets across four different selections. Your bets are 4 single bets, 6 doubles, 4 trebles, and 1 four-fold accumulator. Due to single bets being included, one winning selection is enough to trigger a payout to give you something of a lift.
All of today’s selections look to be in with decent chances and, with some luck, they can find their way to the winners’ enclosure. So, read on for the best value Lucky 15 horse racing tips across the meetings from the UK and Ireland.

BALTIC VOYAGE @ 5/1 – 15:56 Ripon
Trainer: Ralph Beckett
Jockey: Ben Curtis
Seems to be improving with each run and now races off a career-low mark here for Ralph Beckett. This step-back in trip looks sure to suit the three-year-old son of Frankel. He is officially the highest rated in this field and it will aid his cause that he receives weight from three of his market rivals in Dungar Glory, Casilli and Cosmos Raj. He remains completely unexposed and could well give a few of these something to think about.
TONTO’S SPIRIT @ 10/1 – 16:00 Cartmel
Trainer: Anna Slack
Jockey: Anthony O’Neill (7)
Tonto’s Spirit is starting to freefall down the handicap now and, as a result, takes a notable drop in class here. The five-time course and distance winner has hinted at a return to form in recent starts and he is ten pounds lower than his previous winning mark. He has a useful-looking apprentice in the saddle who takes off a handy seven pounds. Whilst most of his form has come on good ground, he has won a novices’ chase on soft ground previously. In a race where many have questions to answer, he looks destined to go well again on his favourite track.
STAR OF ORION @ 5/1 – 17:25 Newmarket
Trainer: Ralph Beckett
Jockey: Rossa Ryan
An in-form trainer and jockey combine here at Newmarket racecourse with the five-year-old Star Of Orion. This should be a good deal less competitive than when beaten a little over four lengths in the Bunbury Cup last Saturday. He has run well here on numerous occasions in the past and even recorded a win at the same level in July 2021. This is the first time that he has stepped back into this company since and he has to command utmost respect. With many of these struggling to find their true form, he can take full advantage.
BILLY ROBERTS @ 10/1 – 18:30 Haydock
Trainer: Simon Whitaker
Jockey: Phil Dennis
This is more like the company that Billy Roberts likes to keep as all of his winning has been done at this level. He has been raised in grade a couple of times recently and ultimately found more than a few too strong. Now a ten-year-old, the veteran can show his younger rivals that he can still do the business on this good-to-soft ground. He is two pounds well in here based on his previous winning mark and with many of these rivals out of form, it would be no surprise to see him bounce back. Phil Dennis has won on him before and the pair have to be considered here.
