Away from the main ITV Racing tips action, our accumulators and festivals tipster Karl Hedley has selected four runners for consideration in a Lucky 15 tips preview. A Lucky 15 bet involves 15 bets across four different selections. Your bets are 4 single bets, 6 doubles, 4 trebles, and 1 four-fold accumulator. Due to single bets being included, one winning selection is enough to trigger a payout to give you something of a lift.
All of today’s selections look to be in with decent chances and, with some luck, they can find their way to the winners’ enclosure. So, read on for the best value Lucky 15 horse racing tips across the meetings from the UK and Ireland.
I struck with two good 5/1 winners last week including Star Of Orion and Baltic Voyage and Billy Roberts (10/1) found just one too good and had to settle for minor honours. Let’s hope the run of good form continues.

16:50 @ Ascot – Lattam 4/1
Trainer: William Haggas
Jockey: Ryan Moore
Lattam looks to have plenty in his favour coming into this race. The four-year-old has been in fantastic form this season and has won on two of his last three starts, the most recent of which came after a two-month break. He is well used to testing ground as he won a major Irish handicap on it at The Curragh earlier in the season. He has also won on rain-softened ground at Haydock and Thirsk in the past. This is a first-time ride for Ryan Moore who has been in excellent form for the team over at Ballydoyle of late. He receives seven pounds from the likes of Ghaly here and is proven at the trip. Many of these have clouds hanging over their level of true ability but he seems to be on an upward curve.
17:20 @ Newmarket – May Blossom 9/4
Trainer: David O’Meara
Jockey: James Doyle
May Blossom comes here in good heart and is the only one in this lineup to have won last time out. He revelled in the testing conditions at Nottingham racecourse there a couple of weeks ago and David O’Meara looks to have found the perfect opportunity for him to follow up. The booking of James Doyle suggests that another bog run is expected and despite the burden of carrying top weight, many of these are struggling to put two decent runs together. Proven over this minimum trip, he looks sure to go close.
17:25 @ Ascot – Rhythm N Hooves 15/2
Trainer: Archie Watson
Jockey: Hollie Doyle
Rhythm N Hooves has won three of his last four including over this course and distance last time out at Royal Ascot. Hollie Doyle gets on really well with this three-year-old and has been on board for all three of his previous wins. He has only had a handful of runs and is yet to be tested on a surface as soft as this but he won a big handicap last time hinting that there would be more left in the locker. He has the beating of The Big Board who has franked the form twice subsequently and should confirm that form once more here.
20:30 @ Windsor – Nagano 20/1
Trainer: Hugo Palmer
Jockey: George Wood
This three-year-old has now been tried at distances of up to ten furlongs so far without any signs of a breakthrough yet. However, she encounters proper soft ground for the first time tonight and now has first-time cheekpieces added to try and wake him up. She did meet good to soft ground on what was her debut at Yarmouth and that was his best ever run. The trainer and jockey are in excellent form and the filly now finds herself on a career low mark. This race won’t take much winning, but she just looks overpriced.
