A maximum field of sixteen have declared for this listed 1M 2F Wolferton Stakes run on the round course where you are going to need plenty of luck in running. John & Thady Gosden have two of the leading fancies in the shape of Israr, who is rated the highest rin the race and the recent purchase of Wathnan Racing Torito. Both should run well but preference is for the latter who was fourth in the Hampton Court at the meeting a year ago. He ran well on his re-appearance when third (beaten 1 3/4L) to Liberty Lane in a valuable handicap at Newmarket and with that run behind him and a hopefully handy draw in stall 2 can strike under the owners retained jockey James Doyle.
