Sandown Park is a dual-purpose racecourse located in Esher, Surrey. It is one of the top tracks in the country over both flat and jumps.
The Grade 1 Tingle Creek Chase has been won by some of the games greatest chasers such as Kauto Star and Sprinter Sacre.
The Group 1 Eclipse Stakes takes place in July and is one of the highlights of the Sandown summer run over ten furlongs in July.
The flat course is a right-handed, oval-shaped course 1 mile and 5 furlongs in length with a straight of half a mile. There is a straight 5-furlong course.
The jumps track is also right-handed, 1 mile 5 furlongs in length with an uphill finish of 220 yards after the last.
